Lee helps property investors and developers to de-risk their investments in residential or commercial real estate by guiding them through the core 9 steps he learnt from 15 years at investment banks and asset managers.

He studied commercial real estate development at Cornell University through their eCornell program. He also studied finance and analysis most of his working life either through being a business owner or financial roles in banking, finance or property organisations.

As an analytical expert, Lee was selected to the corporate Emerging Leader program of a major international bank due to his skill and ability to understand and manage complex projects. As a management accountant, Lee was also responsible for managing the construction budgets of over £2bn of London based developments, which included the Home Office and several award winning schemes.

Rory set up ClosedBridgingFinance.com in late 2006 to help property investors access funding for the “Day Light Bridge or Same Day Remortgage” favoured by the investors pioneering No Money Down Deals, a lot has happened to the property & finance markets in the past 13 years.
